Applications are subject to a $10 non-refundable application fee. Join Love Local SBI and application fees are waived! Apply for all 3 Summer markets (June-August), and the application fees will be credited back when you pay your booth fee.

ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS:
By submitting this application, you agree that by the night of the event, you will hold all necessary Thurston County Food Permits to operate.
COMMUNITY TERMS:
Love Local Lacey the Night Market at Midtown is a Community focused event. We welcome diversity and encourage inclusivity. We ask that all our vendors be local small businesses selling locally sourced, hand made, or offer services that benefit the community. Our events are juried and you will be asked to submit social media information and photos of your products or booth. We ask that any business that is promoting a service have something of interest for our guests to enjoy and interact with. We ask that all vendors refrain from inappropriate behavior that may offend guests. LLE reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave and prevent them from participating in future Love Local Events. We ask that you arrive and set up promptly. Our setup time begins at 3pm unless you make other arrangements. We are a rain or shine market. We only cancel for extreme weather in which case you will be notified by email and social media. There are no refunds of vendor fees. VENDOR SETUP TERMS:
Vendor set up requirements: We require all vendors to supply their own equipment in the form of a 10x10 canopy, as well as any tables, chairs, generators, lights, and any other equipment you use. All canopies must be weighted! No exceptions. There is electricity available, but you must state you need electricity on your application. We ask that you unload your equipment in your designated space and then park your vehicle in the one of the parking lots before you begin to set up. This helps us to keep traffic to a minimum and avoid blocking each other in. Please do not leave your car parked in the street along the park. We will be using those spaces for food trucks and guests. We understand that those that have new businesses and are just starting out may be in need of assistance with set up or equipment.
